Marriage registration procedure:

The British Embassy does not hold a marriage licence and so is not able to perform marriage ceremonies, neither is it able to issue 'Certificates of no Impediment'. People wishing to get married in Zimbabwe should contact the person conducting the ceremony to find out what is required. 

Birth registration procedure:

The British Embassy in Harare maintains Birth registers for British citizens born in Zimbabwe after 18 July 1980.
